30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Request a Return
To start a return, contact us at wearebabynest.co@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24-48 hours with instructions.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, washed, or are not in their original condition are not eligible for return.
